Sease & Things was founded under the belief that a future where humanity can circumvent the pain and frustration of any underlying disease state is fundamentally more meaningful and impactful than one where we— or people we love— are inflicted with these underlying conditions.

Today, Sease & Things is actively bolstering a cosmopolitan and global approach to support the search for a remedy across a myriad of disease states by alleviating many symptoms that these disease states trigger, with the ultimate goal of enabling a near-term remedy to health disruptions towards a permanent, ever-lasting solution.

Does Sease & Things ship internationally?

Yes, we do, however there may be an additional surcharge added to your order.

How long will my purchase take to ship?

Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (international addresses may experience longer transit times). All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please email us at team@seasecandles.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you ordered items that are being shipped to you, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@seasecandles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care at team@seasecandles.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified.

How do I place a return?

Returns are free within the US. You have 30 days from the day your order is shipped to return it back to us. Please email us at team@seasecandles.com if you would like to process a return.
